    Went for an oil change on a Saturday morning. They did a good job . It is pretty crowded if you go on a Saturday so be prepared to be there for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Erika who works at the inside counter is amazing. Very good at explaining everything to us and very nice even though the air conditioning wasn't working well and it was a hot day.

    This is our 2nd time here and it has always been a good feeling. We did a trade in from 2022 HRV-EL to a 2024 one. The staff was very attentive and polite, Tania .was our rep she was amazing, we had some hiccups getting the car, but she worked it all out. I am very happy with the car and there service.

    I just dropped into Honda of New Rochelle to see if they had a replacement key battery, as I was getting a "low battery" display on the dashboard screen. No surprise that they had the battery, but the the staff there opened the key pack and replaced the battery for me in a heartbeat, at N/C, to boot.! Two thumbs UP!
